NumberTree LLP is looking for an experienced Finishing Engineer (Civil) to join our PMC team for the execution of luxury high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in premium finishes, quality control, and site execution with a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship.
Position: Finishing Engineer (Civil)
Experience: 8+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and supervise luxury finishing works including marble, flooring, high-grade woodwork, glass installations, painting, false ceiling, and premium interior finishes.
- Ensure finishing works meet project specifications, design standards, and luxury quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for timely execution.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve finishing-related issues.
- Ensure proper material selection and adherence to approved specifications.
- Manage quality control, safety compliance, and final handover activities.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, or high-end real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of premium finishing materials and execution techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of finishing project management processes
