We’re looking for a Wedding Decorator & Client Servicing Executive with strong experience and creative flair to join our events team! Complete knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute wedding decor setups and logistics
Interact with clients, understand their vision, and convert it into detailed presentations and mood boards
Manage vendors, timelines, and on-site event execution
Assist in budgeting, client updates, and planning documents
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in wedding decoration and Client Servicing
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Good with PowerPoint / Canva / Keynote/AutoCAD to make visual presentations
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle high-pressure timelines
Comfortable with site visits and coordination across Noida & Delhi-NCR
Bonus Skills:
Experience in luxury/personalized wedding decor
Design sense and familiarity with Pinterest / event trends
Vendor management or sourcing experience
