Job Overview:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the Voice Process team in the Dental domain. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively.
Fresh graduates and candidates awaiting final-year results can also apply, provided they do not have any backlogs or ATKT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Document customer interactions and follow process guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate Fresher candidates can apply.
- Final-year result awaited candidates are eligible without any backlogs/ATKT.
- HSC/12th candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of BPO or customer care experience.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good customer handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in BPO or customer support is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in voice process/customer service roles.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
