Job Title: Video Grapher & Editor – Political Campaigns

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Grapher & Editor to join our political digital media team. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills along with hands-on experience in video shooting, camera handling, and editing content for political campaigns, social media platforms, rallies, and public outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot high-quality videos for political campaigns, rallies, public events, interviews, and social media content.
- Handle camera operations, framing, lighting setup, audio recording, and on-site video production.
- Travel to campaign locations and cover live political events, speeches, and public interactions.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging video content for political campaigns and digital platforms.
- Add graphics, captions, background music, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video appeal.
- Collaborate with social media and content teams to ensure messaging consistency and timely delivery.
- Convert long-format videos into short clips, reels, and platform-specific content for Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook.
- Maintain proper video archives, backups, and file management systems.
- Stay updated with political trends, campaign messaging, and digital media styles.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the candidate’s brand tone and political positioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Journalism, Film Editing, Cinematography, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in videography and video editing, preferably in political campaigns, news media, or digital content creation.
- Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, microphones, lighting equipment, and other video production tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of camera angles, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media formats, dimensions, and current digital trends.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
