We are looking for a PPC Executive who can manage and scale paid campaigns with a clear focus on ROI, conversions, and profitability, not just clicks or impressions.
You will be responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring every dollar spent contributes to measurable business growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Conduct keyword and audience research based on commercial intent
- Structure campaigns for maximum efficiency (not messy ad groups)
- Write and test ad copies focused on conversions
- Optimize campaigns based on:
- CPA (Cost per acquisition)
- ROAS (Return on ad spend)
- Conversion rate
- Set up and manage tracking (GA4, GTM, conversion events)
- Analyze campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities
- Continuously test:
- Creatives
- Audiences
- Landing pages (with CRO inputs)
- Collaborate with SEO, design, and dev teams for better funnel performance
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking (GA4, GTM)
- Ability to read and interpret data (not just export reports)
- Experience with A/B testing (ads, creatives, audiences)
- Understanding of funnels (click → landing page → conversion)
- Basic copywriting skills for ads

- Not someone who only reports impressions, clicks, and CPC
- Not someone who waits for instructions for every optimization
