Job Summary
Photonics Watertech Ltd. is seeking motivated Site Engineers and Senior Site Engineers to manage and supervise the execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, quality control, safety compliance, contractor coordination, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation and execution of solar PV projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Monitor civil, structural, electrical, and module installation activities.
- Ensure compliance with project drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material records, and site documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Resolve technical and operational issues at project sites.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Lead and guide technicians and junior engineers during project execution.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience
- Site Engineer: 0–3 Years
- Senior Site Engineer: 4–8 Years
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Solar PV systems.
- Reading electrical drawings and SLDs.
- Site execution and contractor management.
- Team handling and coordination.
- MS Office and reporting skills.
