Chemistry Faculty (Classes 8–12) – ElevatED. Kerala’s 1st AI-Integrated Tuition Classroom
Role Overview: We are seeking an active, energetic, and innovative Chemistry Faculty to join ElevatED.’s pioneering team. The ideal candidate will combine strong subject expertise with creative teaching methods, leveraging technology and AI-driven tools to deliver engaging learning experiences for students across ICSE, CBSE, STATE, and ISC boards. Key Responsibilities - Teach Chemistry for Classes 8–12 with clarity, enthusiasm, and creativity. - Deliver lessons using experiments, visual demonstrations, simulations, and interactive teaching methods to make concepts engaging and easy to understand. - Conduct live and recorded YouTube classes as well as pre-recorded sessions for flexible learning. - Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring discipline, motivation, and active student participation. - Demonstrate strong time management and the ability to handle multiple batches efficiently. - Collaborate with ElevatED’s AI-powered systems to personalize student learning. - Encourage scientific thinking, analytical skills, and conceptual understanding among students. - Prepare students for school examinations and competitive exams by strengthening conceptual foundations. Requirements - Strong content knowledge in Chemistry (Classes 8–12). - Energetic personality with a passion for teaching. - Ability to simplify complex chemical concepts through creative teaching strategies. - Experience in handling multiple curricula (ICSE, CBSE, STATE, ISC). - Comfortable with technology, including simulations, digital tools, and online teaching platforms. - Skilled in recording and delivering professional-quality video lessons. - Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Work Schedule - Daily: 4–5 hours of teaching and preparation. - Weekly: One day off.
