We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused F&B Captain to supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good communication, and experience in handling restaurant service teams in a hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure smooth and efficient food & beverage service to guests.
- Lead and guide stewards and service associates during shifts.
- Maintain service standards, hygiene, grooming, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for seamless operations.
- Assist in table setup, buffet arrangements when required.
- Ensure billing accuracy and proper handling of operations.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
