Position: Cafe Associate

Job Summary A Cafe Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily cafe operations.
Key Responsibilitis Handle billing and cash transactions Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, tables, and work area Ensure proper hygiene and food safety standards Restock items and monitor inventory levels Assist in upselling products (combo offers, add-ons) Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Requirements Basic communication skills Friendly and customer-focused attitude Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts if required) Team player with a positive mindset Prior cafe/restaurant experience is a plus (not mandatory) Skills Customer Service Time Management Basic Cash Handling Communication Skills Multitasking Ability

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
