Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase Management
- Raise and process purchase orders as per operational requirements.

- Monitor inventory requirements and ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Vendor Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and job workers.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and service terms when required.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Transport & Logistics Coordination
- Arrange and nominate transporters for dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely movement of materials.
- Track shipments and resolve transportation-related issues.
- Client Order Follow-up
- Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and requirements.
- Ensure timely execution and fulfillment of customer orders.
