Job Description – Store In-Charge
Location: Bartori, Tilda, Chhattisgarh

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Store Incharge to manage and oversee store operations at our steel manufacturing unit in Bartori, Tilda. Candidates residing in or around Tilda will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, and stock balances.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Handle store accounting and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with purchase and production departments regarding material requirements and consumption.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and identification of materials.
- Prepare inventory reports and conduct periodic stock verification.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
- Independently manage the store department and ensure smooth functioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in store management within a steel manufacturing or industrial unit.
- Steel industry experience is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Tally, and other basic computer applications.
- Strong knowledge of store procedures and inventory management.
- Understanding of purchase processes and material consumption tracking.
- Knowledge of store accounting practices.
- Basic understanding of GST and related documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage store operations effectively.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and communication skills.
- Honest, sincere, and responsible work attitude.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates based in Tilda or nearby locations will be given preference.
- Experience in steel manufacturing, rolling mills, ferro alloys, or related industries will be an added advantage.
