About the Role
goADEM EdTech Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking passionate and dedicated PGT Teachers to train students for the NEET/JEE Foundation Program from Grades 6 to 10. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
PGT teachers are generally expected to hold a postgraduate degree in the relevant subject along with a teaching qualification such as B.Ed. and strong subject proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology for Grades 6–10.
- Deliver NEET/JEE Foundation-oriented concepts aligned with the school curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and assessments.
- Conduct regular tests and analyze student performance.
- Prepare students for Olympiads, NTSE, Scholarship Exams, and Foundation Programs.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies and technology-enabled learning tools.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and remedial sessions.
- Maintain academic records and progress reports.
- Participate in parent meetings, academic reviews, and faculty development programs.
- Collaborate with academic teams to enhance curriculum delivery.
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
- Master's Degree (M.Sc./M.A.) in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Strong academic background with subject specialization.
Experience
- Freshers with excellent academic records may apply.
- 1–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE/State Board/NEET-JEE Foundation programs preferred.
- Experience handling competitive exam preparation will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Strong conceptual knowledge in the respective subject.
- Ability to teach and engage students from Grades 6–10.
- Classroom management and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and smart classrooms.
- Passion for student success and academic excellence.
