Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Onboarding Executive to identify, onboard, and support Hotels, Cafés, Restaurants, and Food Businesses on the Eatskart platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding partners through the onboarding process, providing portal training, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring accurate database management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach Hotels, Cafés, Restaurants, Cloud Kitchens, and other food businesses for onboarding.
- Explain the features, benefits, and business opportunities available on the Eatskart platform.
- Assist partners with registration, documentation, and profile creation on the Eatskart portal.
- Provide complete training on how to use the Eatskart portal, including:
- Menu upload and management
- Order acceptance and processing
- Pricing and inventory updates
- Order tracking
- Dashboard usage and reports
- Ensure all partner information and documents are accurate and updated in the system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners.
- Manage and regularly update the customer database, including contact details, onboarding status, and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Support teams to resolve partner queries and technical issues.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure active engagement and smooth operations on the platform.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and partner activation targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding and performance reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
