Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and organized CRM Executive to manage client relationships, ensure smooth customer onboarding, coordinate with internal departments, and provide excellent post-sales support. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers and the company, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the property purchase journey.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Project teams for customer-related matters.
- Manage booking documentation, agreement processing, and customer communications.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments, documentation, and possession formalities.
- Ensure timely collection of customer documents and maintain proper records.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and resolve concerns effectively.
- Prepare CRM reports, MIS reports, and customer status updates.
- Organize customer engagement activities and relationship-building initiatives.
- Assist customers during possession and handover processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, or Client Relationship Management, preferably in Real Estate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
