Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all IT systems, hardware, and software across the organization
- Ensure smooth functioning of outlet systems and software (POS, billing, reporting tools, etc.)
- Handle mobile phones, SIM cards, and communication devices (activation, tracking, troubleshooting)
- Install, configure, and update software applications and systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system/network issues
- Maintain and monitor data backups, system security, and access controls
- Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, repairs, and AMC support
- Assist in managing HR software systems (attendance, payroll, employee data)
- Support Marketing tools/software (CRM systems, campaign tools, digital platforms)
- Coordinate in handling social media platforms (basic technical support, uploads, access management, coordination with marketing team)
- Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset records
- Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of IT issues across all locations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and IT infrastructure
- Proficiency in software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Familiarity with POS systems, CRM tools, HR software, and social media platforms
- Good understanding of mobile device and SIM management
- Basic knowledge of data security and backup processes
