Handling customer queries regarding billing & payments
Follow-up with customers for payment collections
Maintaining billing records and customer communication
Coordination with clients for pending invoices and updates
Skills Required:
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & MS Office)
Good follow-up and coordination skills
Experience:
