We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and professional IDSS Manager to handle and resolve internal disputes among Sales Associates related to plot sales and sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining transparency within the sales team, resolving disputes effectively, ensuring compliance with company rules, and taking appropriate action against rule violations.
The IDSS (Internal Dispute Solution System) department is responsible for solving internal cases and disputes between Sales Associates and maintaining proper discipline within the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve internal disputes between Sales Associates related to plot sales.
- Investigate complaints, cases, and conflicts within the sales team.
- Maintain complete records and documentation of dispute cases and resolutions.
- Ensure proper implementation of company sales rules, regulations, and policies.
- Monitor rule violations and take necessary disciplinary actions as per company policies.
- Impose penalties, warnings, or actions related to rule breaks and policy violations.
- Coordinate with management regarding serious disputes or disciplinary matters.
Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
