Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and dynamic Senior Manager – Client Servicing to lead client relationships, manage account growth, and oversee campaign execution from concept to completion.
In this role, you will act as the key liaison between Showboat and our valued clients, serving as a trusted advisor while orchestrating cross-functional internal teams (Creative, Production, Operations, and Vendors). You will be responsible for driving account revenue, managing event profitability, and ensuring client satisfaction meets world-class standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship & Account Management
- Serve as the primary senior point of contact for key client accounts, building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Deeply understand client brand guidelines, marketing goals, and business objectives to deliver tailored event solutions.
- Lead client pitches, presentations, and strategic briefing sessions.
- Address client feedback proactively, manage expectations, and resolve issues swiftly to maintain high client retention rates.
2. Strategy, Pitching & Business Growth
- Partner with the Creative and Business Development teams to craft winning event concepts, pitch decks, and commercial proposals.
- Identify organic upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, technological innovations, and experiential marketing best practices to propose cutting-edge event ideas.
3. Event Planning & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Interpret complex client briefs and translate them into clear, actionable project plans for internal teams (Design, Production, Logistics, PR).
- Oversee the end-to-end event lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables meet brief specifications, brand standards, and tight deadlines.
- Lead on-site event execution, managing high-touch client needs, VIP management, and real-time operational alignment.
4. Financial & Commercial Management
- Prepare, present, and negotiate comprehensive event budgets, profitability models, and fee structures with clients.
- Monitor project margins, manage vendor costs, and track budget vs. actual expenses to safeguard profitability.
- Manage contract lifecycles, billing schedules, purchase orders, and payment collection in coordination with the finance team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 6–9 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Brand Strategy within an Event Management Agency, Experiential Marketing Agency, or Advertising Agency.
- Track Record: Proven history of successfully managing large-scale corporate events, brand activations, conferences, or live shows with budgets exceeding standard industry baselines.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with an ability to command the room and present persuasively to C-suite stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Calm under pressure with quick decision-making skills during live event environments.
- Availability: Flexibility to travel frequently and work non-standard hours (evenings/weekends) during major event delivery periods.
Pay: ₹950,000.00 - ₹1,150,000.00 per year
