Job Summary:
We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales across both B2B (travel agents, corporate clients) and B2C (direct customers). The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, and revenue growth in the travel segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients (B2B)
- Generate and convert leads from direct customers (B2C)
- Promote and sell travel packages, hotel bookings, and related services
- Customize itineraries based on client requirements
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain CRM and sales reports
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Travel/Hospitality preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in travel sales or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales-focused with a customer-first approach
- Basic knowledge of travel products and destinations
- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools
