Do you enjoy working with machines, solving practical challenges, and being part of a team that creates high-quality products? We're looking for dedicated Plant Operators to help keep our manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Assist in batch production activities following SOPs and GMP guidelines.
- Handle raw materials and support production processes.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the production area.
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, QC, and QA teams.
What We're Looking For
- ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
