Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Handmade Craft Worker to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, finishing, and packaging high-quality handcrafted goods. You aren’t just making a product; you are ensuring that every piece meeting a customer's hands reflects our brand's commitment to artistry and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production: Execute the end-to-end creation of goods following established designs and templates.
- Quality Control: Inspect raw materials for defects and perform rigorous quality checks on finished pieces to ensure they meet brand standards.
- Tool Maintenance: Safely operate and maintain hand tools.
- Inventory Management: Track material usage and alert management when supplies are low to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Packaging: Carefully wrap and package finished goods for shipment, often including handwritten notes or specific aesthetic touches.
- Innovation: Provide feedback on production processes to improve efficiency or suggest minor design tweaks based on material behavior.
