We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations. You will be the face of our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, training staff, and overseeing daily administrative and guest-facing workflows.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience as a Front Office Manager, Reception Manager, or in a similar supervisory role.
- Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS) or hotel booking software.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
