Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, ensure high customer satisfaction, and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their vehicle ownership journey. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers.
- Maintain customer databases and update records accurately.
- Conduct post-service feedback calls and record customer satisfaction levels.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams for timely updates.
- Inform customers about service reminders, campaigns, and promotions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Generate customer satisfaction reports and maintain MIS records.
- Support customer retention and loyalty programs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in the automobile industry preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Salary Range
₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills)
