- Lead and manage the recruitment team.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Conduct candidate screening and internal interviews.
Coordinate with clients and hiring managers regarding hiring requirements.
Monitor team performance and ensure recruitment targets are achieved.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
