Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors professionally
- Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professionalism
- Handle courier, mail, and front desk records
- Assist HR/Admin team with day-to-day tasks
- Schedule meetings and manage visitor appointments
- Support office administration as required.
Eligibility:
- Any degree / diploma
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills (English & Tamil)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Pleasant personality & professional behavior
