Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, social media, and other sales channels.
- Contact prospective customers to introduce the company's products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Schedule product demonstrations or meetings for the sales team when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads to nurture them through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely follow-ups.
Pay: Up to ₹40,135.34 per month
