Role Summary
The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving residential unit sales, managing customer relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role requires a proactive and customer-centric approach with strong knowledge of the Delhi-NCR real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly residential unit sales targets.
- Handle walk-in customers, site visits, and follow-ups professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable residential units/configurations.
- Maintain and update CRM with all leads, interactions, and closures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Assist in organizing events, property exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Ensure smooth handover process by coordinating with operations and accounts teams.
Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, and market trends in residential real estate
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
