The Company is looking for a Digital Marketing Head to own and scale its complete digital presence. This role is responsible for driving brand visibility, qualified lead generation, and revenue growth through strategic use of digital channels.
The ideal candidate understands performance marketing, real estate buyer psychology, and high-intent lead funnels, and can translate marketing efforts into measurable sales outcomes.
Create and execute a full-funnel digital marketing strategy aligned with business and sales goals.
Plan campaigns focused on real estate investment, land sales, and smart city opportunities.
Manage marketing budgets and channel allocation for maximum ROI.
Run and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn campaigns.
Drive high-quality inbound leads and improve conversion rates.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and follow-ups.
Oversee content for website, landing pages, blogs, ads, videos, and social media.
Ensure messaging builds trust, credibility, and investment confidence.
Improve website traffic, engagement, and SEO rankings for relevant keywords.
Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, ad dashboards, and CRM tools.
Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, or agencies as required.
Primary skills:
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation: Strong hands-on experience with paid ads, funnels, and conversion optimization.
SEO & Content Strategy: Ability to drive organic traffic through keyword strategy, on-page SEO, and content planning.
Analytics & ROI Focus: Skilled in tracking metrics like CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Real Estate / Investment Marketing Understanding: Knowledge of buyer intent, trust-building, and long-cycle sales journeys.
