Position Title: Assistant to the Director
Reports To: Managing Director / Brand Director

Location: Noida sector 63
Overview: Strategic right hand managing the Director's schedule, cross-departmental project tracking, and high-stakes communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gatekeeping: Optimize calendar and filter communications.
- Liaison: Follow up on operational deliverables across marketing, product, and logistics teams. Serve as a bridge for smooth communication between the Director's office and external vendors, agencies, or institutions.
- Support: Draft formal documentation and manage confidential executive/personal logistics.
- Logistics: Logistics management is the strategic planning and execution of moving and storing goods efficiently from their point of origin to the final customer.
- Meeting Managemenat: Attend key leadership meetings alongside the Director; document comprehensive action items, assign responsibilities, and aggressively follow up with team members to ensure compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or a similar administrative role supporting senior leadership.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication. Ability to write with absolute precision, command, and clarity.
- Tech Savviness: High proficiency in workspace tools including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), project management software (Slack, Asana, or Monday.com), and basic digital tools.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive "figure-it-out" attitude with the ability to navigate ambiguity and anticipate organizational needs before they surface.
- Discretion: Unwavering integrity and professionalism when handling private, highly confidential company data, business adjustments, or family logistics.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
