Project Manager (Freelance / Project-to-Project)

About the Role
We are looking for experienced Project Managers who are available to work on a project-to-project basis for commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing site execution, coordinating with all stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery within the committed timeline, quality, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and execution plans.
- Supervise site activities and ensure quality workmanship.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Conduct regular site meetings and submit progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Resolve site issues and maintain smooth project execution until handover.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out project execution.
- Proven experience managing office, corporate, retail, hospitality, or institutional interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and subcontractors.
- Proficient in MS Project, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting.
- Willing to travel to project sites as required.

- Compensation will be discussed based on project scope and duration.
