About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Student Counsellor to guide students who aspire to study abroad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a student-first approach, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on study abroad opportunities.
- Guide students in selecting the right country, course, and university.
- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
- Assist students throughout the application and admission process.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain CRM records.
- Coordinate with the admissions and visa processing teams.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in overseas education counselling or academic counselling preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Strong English and Malayalam communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, counselling, and sales skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
