We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman/Draftswoman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a B.Arch degree and strong knowledge of architectural drafting, planning, and design documentation. Both fresh graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop and modify 2D and 3D drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
- Assist in preparing presentation drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
- Incorporate revisions and updates based on client and project requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned drafting tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree is mandatory.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and building standards.
- Knowledge of architectural planning and drafting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, or other architectural software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Basic understanding of building regulations and construction processes.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting and design will be preferred.
