We are looking for a passionate, caring, and creative Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a love for working with young children and the ability to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment. The teacher will be responsible for planning and conducting age-appropriate activities that support the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of children.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct interactive lessons and activities based on the preschool curriculum.
- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Use creative teaching methods including stories, rhymes, music, art, and hands-on activities.
- Monitor and record each child's progress and provide feedback to parents when required.
- Maintain classroom discipline with patience and positive reinforcement.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Organize celebrations, events, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to maintain high educational standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the classroom.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (NTT, ECCE, B.Ed., or Montessori Training preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a preschool or primary school (Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Creative, patient, energetic, and compassionate personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with teaching aids and technology will be an added advantage.
Salary
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
