Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and results-oriented Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will drive new business across our entire service portfolio — spanning Zoho Solutions, Odoo ERP, Cloud Services, Product Engineering, and Quality Engineering — targeting clients across India, the USA, and Europe. You will work closely with the Sales Team Lead and collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to close meaningful deals and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Pipeline Management
•
Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across India, USA, and European markets.
•
Build and maintain a healthy, well-documented sales pipeline in Zoho CRM at all times.
•
Execute targeted outreach via email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn, and industry networks.
End-to-End Sales Execution
•
Manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
•
Conduct compelling introductory calls and product/service presentations tailored to client needs.
•
Develop customised proposals and solution decks in collaboration with the pre-sales team.
Client Relationship Management
•
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers — CXOs, IT Heads, Finance Managers, and Operations Leaders — across SMBs and mid-market enterprises.
•
Understand client business challenges deeply and position Trivecta's services as the right solution.
•
Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams post-closure and stay engaged to drive upsell and renewal opportunities.
Cross-Geography Engagement
•
Engage prospects across different time zones and cultural contexts — adapting communication styles for Indian, US, and European audiences.
•
Participate in virtual and in-person sales meetings, webinars, and industry events as needed.
Reporting & Collaboration
•
Provide accurate and timely pipeline reports, sales forecasts, and activity updates to the Sales Team Lead.

•
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with active sales outreach.
•
Share market feedback and client insights to continuously refine messaging and service positioning.
Required Qualifications
•
1–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B IT services or enterprise software sales.
•
Demonstrated ability to independently manage and close sales deals.
•
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English — both written and verbal.
•
Prior experience engaging clients across India and at least one international market (USA or Europe).
•
Working knowledge of CRM tools — Zoho CRM experience is preferred.
•
Strong understanding of the IT services landscape including ERP, cloud, or digital transformation solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
•
Experience selling Zoho, Odoo, or similar ERP/CRM platforms.
•
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) or software development/testing services.
•
Exposure to solution selling or consultative sales methodologies.
•
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
•
Active professional presence on LinkedIn with demonstrated social selling ability.
