Job Title: Social Media Content & Community Manager
Role Overview
We are hiring a Social Media Content & Community Manager to manage the day-to-day execution of a top creator's personal brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and the weekly newsletter. This role will also manage podcast-related content on Instagram and the Instagram Channel. The focus of the role is to ensure consistency, clarity and credibility across platforms while building a thoughtful, engaged community. The role works closely with the Head of Brand & Marketing Operations, to maintain voice, tone and long-term positioning and is execution-focused, not medical or strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage and publish LinkedIn content to build authority and meaningful conversations
● Execute the weekly newsletter to deepen trust and engagement
● Manage podcast-related content across Podcast’s youtube and Instagram Channel (reels, clips, stories)
● Ensure consistent publishing cadence and clean platform hygiene
● Maintain a clear, aligned brand voice across all platforms
● Engage with community comments and messages in a respectful, human manner
● Escalate medical, sensitive or complaint-related queries appropriately
● Track platform learnings and apply insights to improve execution quality
Ideal Candidate Profile
● Strong writing and editing skills in English (mandatory) (Knowledge & understanding of Tamil is a plus)
● Experience managing personal brands, podcasts or creator-led accounts
● High attention to detail and execution discipline
● Comfortable working with approvals and feedback
● Understands trust-based, long-form content over trend-driven posting
