Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Agile Scrum development and production support engagements.
- Manage fixed-price and managed services engagements with accountability for delivery, quality, schedule, and financial outcomes.
- Drive delivery governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and operational excellence.
- Provide technical oversight for Java-based, cloud-native, microservices applications.
- Guide engineering teams on DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, SRE, and platform engineering best practices.
- Lead 24x7 production support operations and drive service reliability improvements.
- Champion automation and AI-driven transformation across engineering and operations.
- Manage project financials, including revenue, profitability, resource utilization, budgets, and EBITDA improvement.
- Mentor technical leads, Scrum Masters, developers, and support teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to ensure successful program delivery.
