Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the daily attendance records of approximately 1,000 employees.
- Monitor attendance discrepancies, late arrivals, absenteeism, and regularize attendance in coordination with employees and department heads.
- Process and maintain employee leave records, including Casual Leave, Earned Leave, Sick Leave, and Leave Without Pay.
- Ensure accurate leave balances and timely updates in the HRMS/attendance system.
- Coordinate with employees and managers regarding leave approvals and attendance-related queries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and leave reports.
- Support payroll by providing accurate attendance and leave data within the required timelines.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with complete accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and HR administrative activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to attendance, leave, and working hours.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve attendance and leave-related issues promptly.
- Perform other HR operations and administrative tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
