HRO This position needs expertise & proven experience in HR Service Delivery. Complete ownership of process, people & Client/ Stakeholder management. Complete ownness & understanding of account financials focusing on profitability abiding with contractual commitment. Constant focus on creating & enhancing Client credibility with sustainable methods. Knowledge & Experience • Strong knowledge of all E2E HRO processes – TA-EDM/ WFM- Payroll – Exit – HTR • Working Experience of 15 – 17 years of HRO Global countries (NAM/ EMEA/ APAC). • E2E experience of transition setup of global COE, with KT & DD (SOP/ SOW & MSA) • Negotiation skills with Client for SLA through BIC post stabilization & implementation • Strong understanding of all SLAs for HRO upto L4s, Co-relation to KPIs & BOIs • Experience in Global ERPs (Workday/ SAP / SucessFactor/ Oracle) • Understanding of Business & Ops Excellence practices, to present to Client implementing QCP/ FMEA & Risk Analysis • Focus & commitment towards Contractual Productivity through levers of automation, efficiency gain. • Understanding & negotiation skills on TnM for process optimization, experience in Vol vs FTE analysis • People Management skills & retention skills through Org policies & practices • Deliver in high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, with agreed SLAs • Manage & present daily governance through BIC – MIS • Handle regular communication with the client and different stakeholders • Continually seek out way to generate new ideas to improve existing pro
