Position: Administration Executive
Department: Administration
Reports To: Head of Administration / Principal
Job Purpose
To provide administrative support for the smooth day-to-day operations of the school and assist various departments as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily administrative activities of the school.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence.
- Assist parents, visitors, and staff with administrative queries.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Support the planning and execution of school events and activities.
- Maintain office supplies and administrative resources.
- Prepare reports and other documents as assigned.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the school management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience
- 1–3 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and organizational skills may also apply.
