- Machine Operation & Setup: Load raw materials, set up cutting tools, and operate CNC machines to execute precise grooving, drilling, and nesting operations.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, shop layouts, and cutting plans to ensure cabinet dimensions match design specifications.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished panel components using precision measurement tools and compare them with requirements.
- Material Optimization: Plan layouts effectively to maximize raw material yield and minimize wastage.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, calibration, and preventive maintenance on the machines to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshooting: Identify machine malfunctions, adjust cutting parameters, or reprogram speeds and feeds to prevent defective production
