Role Details
We currently work with some of the top companies in India. We have set up a strong base across the country by working with 750+ corporate and are scaling up our model to newer regions. Your role would primarily be to sign up SMEs over phone and initiating conversations with large clients.
Primary Responsibilities

Research about Senior HR Managers, HR Heads and CHROs of companies across India
- Own the end to end process of generating leads, cold calling, setting up meeting for Field Sales team and closing a deal
- Understanding the client's requirement and suggest suitable solutions
- Present and discuss proposals with clients and give adequate clarification to them
- Prepare MIS and trackers for regular updates
Experience

0.6 - 2 years of technology product sales (B2B) experience

- Ability to understand the client's problems and join the dots of how our solution can help them
- Maturity and ability to handle stress and demanding client requirements

- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance
