We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling visitors, phone calls, emails, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- Manage emails and office correspondence.
- Maintain records, files, and basic documentation.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Perform data entry and basic computer work.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Maintain a positive and organized reception area.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
