Role description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing scalable software architectures for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements
- Support senior architects in technology evaluation, system design, and solution planning
- Develop proof of concepts (POCs) and contribute to coding in Java/Python
- Ensure adherence to architecture standards, coding best practices, and security guidelines
- Participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning
- Contribute to technical documentation including architecture diagrams and design specs
- Assist in troubleshooting performance, scalability, and integration issues
- Work with development teams to ensure alignment of implementation with architecture
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong programming experience in Java and/or Python
- Understanding of object-oriented design and design patterns
- Exposure to microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Familiarity with databases (SQL / NoSQL)
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Awareness of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
Architecture Fundamentals
- Understanding of software architecture principles and system design
- Ability to assist in defining technical standards and solution blueprints
