Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products.
3. Offer product demonstrations and training to customers.
4. Document customer interactions and technical issues.
Requirements
1. Technical background in electrical, automation, or related fields.
2. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
3. Experience with customer support or technical assistance.
4. 0-1 year of experience (Fresher are welcome )
