Role Summary: Responsible for handling and optimizing Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM) production processes, including machine operation, mold setting, quality control, troubleshooting, and productivity improvement while ensuring compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Operate and manage EBM machines (Jagmohan, Maper, Speedex).
2 Perform mold loading, unloading, and independent mold changeover.
3 Start and set molds as per approved product quality standards.
4 Set and optimize process parameters for consistent production.
5 Identify and rectify product defects.
6 Inspect bottles every 2 hours during running production.
7 Troubleshoot EBM machines and Vision Inspection Systems.
Work on productivity improvement and rejection control analysis.
9 Ensure effective manpower utilization as per production planning.
10 Support worker skill development and training.
11 Maintain production records and follow SOPs as per company policies.
12 Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance for molds and machines.
Qualification:
1 Diploma in Plastic Engineering
2 PG-PPT (CIPET)
