Job Purpose
To ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, company assets, and premises by maintaining a secure environment and enforcing organizational security policies and procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the premises and ensure authorized entry and exit.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities.
- Maintain security logs and records of visitors, vehicles, and incidents.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, accidents, and security breaches.
- Investigate and report suspicious activities and incidents to the management.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety regulations.
- Check and verify incoming and outgoing materials, vehicles, and personnel as per established procedures.
- Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment and report any abnormalities.
- Coordinate with emergency services, law enforcement agencies, and internal departments when required.
- Assist in fire safety, evacuation procedures, and emergency preparedness activities.
- Ensure proper functioning of security systems and report maintenance requirements.
- Maintain discipline and order within the premises while dealing courteously with employees and visitors.
- Prepare daily security reports and submit them to the concerned authorities.
- Support investigations relating to theft, loss, accidents, or other security-related matters.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
