Online Tutor – Work From Home (Part-Time)
Learners Note is seeking passionate and committed Online Tutors to deliver high-quality, one-on-one tutoring sessions to students across the globe. Tutors will conduct live classes via Google Meet, ensuring an engaging and personalized learning experience for students from diverse academic backgrounds.
Subjects/Courses
Tutors may be assigned classes in one or more of the following subjects based on their expertise:
* Sanskrit – Up to Grade 10
* AI Coding & Robotics – Grades 9–12
* Mathematics – IGCSE, IB, American & British Curriculum (Grades 8–12)
* Physics – IGCSE, IB, American & British Curriculum (Grades 8–12)
* Chemistry – IGCSE, IB, American & British Curriculum (Grades 8–12)
Tutoring may be provided to students from Kindergarten (KG) to Degree level, depending on the subject and the tutor's qualifications.
Eligibility Criteria
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MCA/B.Tech in Computer Science preferred for AI Coding & Robotics)
* Minimum 2 years of teaching or subject-related experience
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
Technical Requirements
* Desktop or laptop with YouCam installed (mandatory for session recording; mobile devices are not supported)
* Stable and reliable Wi-Fi connection
Working Schedule
* Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
* Class Timings: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
* Break Timings:
* 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM
* 8:30 PM – 9:00 PM
* Maximum of 4 classes per day
* Minimum commitment of 4 hours per day
* Availability for at least 5 days per week
Compensation & Benefits
* Initial payment based on performance
* Eligible for appraisal after 15 months
* Salary credited on the 15th of every month, based on sessions conducted in the previous month
* Students assigned for the full academic year after successful demo classes
* 10% TDS applicable as per Government of India regulations
* Form 16 provided every six months for income tax filing

Training & Onboarding
* Mandatory training on teaching tools and internal applications
* Course syllabus and teaching materials will be provided for reference
Interview Process
* Interviews will be conducted via Google Meet
* Candidates must deliver a 7–10 minute PowerPoint demo class on a topic of their choice as part of the evaluation process
