Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in Mivan formwork technology and high-rise residential construction. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing structural and finishing activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site execution of high-rise residential projects using Mivan aluminium formwork technology.
- Plan and monitor structural activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure quality control of RCC works, Mivan formwork installation, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing activities.
- Monitor the Mivan cycle and optimize productivity to achieve project milestones.
- Review drawings and resolve technical issues at the site.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely availability.
- Verify work measurements and contractor bills.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Support project handover by ensuring completion of snag rectification and documentation.
Required Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in residential construction projects.
- Hands-on experience with Mivan aluminium formwork systems.
- Experience in executing at least one complete high-rise residential project from foundation to handover.
- Strong knowledge of RCC frame structures, construction sequencing, and finishing works.
- Experience in managing subcontractors and site teams.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Mivan formwork systems and construction methodology.
- Knowledge of RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6 is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹243,085.20 - ₹788,018.28 per year
