The Production Helper will assist the production team in carrying out manufacturing activities safely and efficiently. The role involves material handling, machine assistance, housekeeping, packing, and supporting operators during production processes in a chemical manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist production operators in daily manufacturing activities.
- Load and unload raw materials, chemicals, and finished goods.
- Support mixing, blending, filling, and packing operations as instructed.
- Clean production equipment, tanks, containers, and work areas.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper labeling and handling of raw materials and finished products.
- Assist in material movement between stores and production areas.
- Report any equipment abnormalities, leakages, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the production area.
- Support inventory counting and stock verification activities.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
- Physical fitness for material handling activities.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety.
- Good attendance and discipline.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Experience: 0–2 Years.
Employment Type: Full-Time.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
