About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with 3+ years of proven expertise in managing Facebook and Instagram ads. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing paid social media campaigns, managing ad spend efficiently, and leading a marketing team to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to meet business objectives such as sales and brand awareness.
- Develop and manage ad budgets, ensuring effective allocation of spend across campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Run and monitor ad campaigns daily, including audience targeting, bidding strategies and performance adjustments.
- Lead, supervise and examine the marketing team’s work to ensure campaign quality and alignment with goals.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging tailored for social platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on social media ad trends, platform updates and best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and strategic alignment.
- Report campaign performance to senior management and stakeholders regularly.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of ad spend management, bidding strategies, and budget optimization.
- Hands-on experience running, monitoring and adjusting paid social campaigns.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a marketing team effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.
